The universality of self...

The characteristic of self is universal. Care to elaborate? Despite the bad things others do to you, not a moment you are downgraded by such actions. Their actions spring from self that are imprisoned by deep seated of dislike and hatred. Could reduce oneself to an obsession of destruction. Any minute it can erupt into an explosion that can tear the person apart. Be a man of million years who would roam this world alone and not a moment he is at odd with the self-destruct behaviour of others. He stands tall with daily construction of progressive ideas of change for change is an essential characteristic of truly one universe which begins with the universality of self.

Against All Odds...

Does not like the word `odd.' Nothing odd about life and about anything for that matter. Come thus far, a time traveller, another day is another time. World is inhibited by all kinds of people with different and unique mental, spiritual, and physical background. Even the landscape that dotted their movement is unique in the sense `i am what my landscape is.' So anything wrong with that? No. No sir. You are the king and I am also a king of where I come from. Haha. You are the king of the jungle. I am the king of the mountain. And he is the king of the oceans. So talk like a jungle, smile like a mountain, and making love like the oceans. So what? No, nothing sir. You are still the king. Yes. But I am king of kings. And I know not what odds are..

Mind Test and the understanding of yesterday...

To understand the spiritual level of your existence, mind needs to be understood. Going to school and universities, the test is all physical toughness and mental acquisition of knowledge. But what about the spiritual part of development? It is the least part of oneself being explored and understood. ON and no off, mind is always in the testing position. Life is all plain and simple. No bottleneck in anything. It comes and it goes. It connects easily and unleashes easily because it is that plain and simple of anything and everything that connects the goodness and flushes out the trivial and the insignificance. That is you and the definition of you. Thus far I have been a traveller, and thus far I have seen the results of my test, mind and spiritual. And my CGPA is....

The Day..

Everything has been reduced to the day. No such thing as the tomorrow or the yesterday. I am the man and I am the person who would see not what others see. It is my day. It is the day. And I am the man. I am the person. It is a day of reckoning. The time has come and everything should be judged accordingly. The work and the money that goes with the work are fraudulently manipulated and managed. Things kinda got out of hands and it is the day that the punishment should be meted out. It is the day of no persuasion. It is the D-Day.

Hanya dengar benda yang kecil...

dan nampak benda yang besar. Maka berlakulah ketidakadilan dalam kehidupan. Itulah lumrah perlakuan manusia umum, `maitaining the status quo' kata orang putih. Sepatutnya semua benda yang nampak adalah kecil, dan biarlah perkara yang dengar itu besar,hebat dan perlu dihalusi. Barulah kita boleh menjadi insan yang memahami perkara perkara yang ghaib dan telinga sahaja berperanan memahaminya. Dan dari telinga terus pergi ke minda pemikiran yang sentiasa menerima dan menghadam apa yang didengar. Justeru selepas seketika ternampaklah segala galanya bukan dengan mata tetapi dengan hati. Itulah yang dikata orang sebagai mata hati. Dan dengan mata hatilah seseorang itu akan dapat menghalusi yang selama ini merupakan ilusi dan persepsi mata yang memandang dan lantas kita tidak mudah terperangkap atau terjerat dengan pergolakan yang tidak berfaedah...Bacalah dengan nama Allah. Tetapi adakah orang yang mendengar itu memahaminya?

Defining moment...

Take stocks of what has happened to oneself is an indication of one's natural ability to take an about turn on something or some principles that has gone ashtray. Tested with events and experiences, you can be very definite about something and thus the uncompromising attitude. A defining moment indeed. All of a sudden you can feel both the sense of humbleness and strength flushing out all the sins of yesterday. The senses are well coordinated and synchronized uplifted the spirit to a greater height. It is a moment of defining oneself and it is the moment of truth.

A thought on what I say today...

Today's lecture centered around decision-making in management. Students seem to be very attentive as to what I say to them. But I am very doubtful of their understanding. This is because they don't respond to questions I throw at them. That's the challenge in teaching. To make them speak their mind in front of others is not easy. Not that they cannot express their opinion, it is just because they are in class and expressing in the presence of others can cause their life upside down. But that is their life as a student. Developing confidence is one of their mission while they are here. Sooner or later they would realised that confidence is the result of having a lot of knowledge. Even a lot of money does not guarantee one's development of confidence. I have come across a rich man but having an inferiority complex just because of his low level of education. So seek knowledge and let it be the priority and the rest would fall in place by itself.haha.

Old thoughts on `Air yang tenang...'

Orang yang mengetahui adalah orang yang tenang. Seperti air, tenang (diam).Air yang tenang jangan disangka tidak dalam. Selalunya orang lemas dalam air yang tenang. Memang susah berenang dalam air yang tenang.Air yang bergerak tidak apa.Sekurang-kurang nya kita dapat mengikut arusnya...
Betul lah kata orang orang tua.Air tenang jangan sangka tidak ada buaya.. Maknanya kita mesti lebih berwaspada terhadap orang diam yang tidak tenang..tapi nampak tenang.. Entah baik entah tidak.. Dan kata kata orang putih pula Still water runs deep...

Are you out of your mind..?

Mind often play tricks on us. I say it and you have said it and everybody says it. It has being said by almost everybody include you and me. Haha, that remark has gone universal. That is what I am going to find out. Writing what I am writing about and with no immediate reward, am I out of my mind? Reading blog of others with no blood ties and there is always an alien feeling on the contents. But I keep on following and reading it, despite their untouchable stories and untouchable feeling. Am I out of my mind? While I am doing the writing, the weird link with no one and with nobody seems to pervade the atmosphere. Any particular reason for being so? This morning I read on a weird story of abducting and raping of Dugard when she was only 11 years old. She was abducted by a weird couple in California, USA. Only now after 18 years the abduction case has been solved! And Dugard, now 29 has given birth to two young girls. Have they gone insane? In court, the couple plead not guilty. Are they out of their mind? Or the system is...

Do they have enough time..?

I mean politically? Do they have time to correct the mistakes and the blunder they have made in the 12th general elections? BN has lost the elections badly in that general election. Judging by the results of by-elections from Permatang Pauh to Permatang Pasir, BN has yet to understand why they have lost. But political organization is very different from non-political organization. If it is a business organization and it fails then it is easy to go to the causes of that failure. The CEO might get the sack and so are other key functional executives that fail to perform.

Politics is the art of getting followers and support for the so-called vague ideology. Unlike business organization that can produce products for the customers, politics are being perceived by many has no direct link with anything at all for that matter. It all depends and the link can be situational and can be on anything, real or fantasy. Take example of the MCA crisis, even Dr Chua Soi Lek has failed to see the bigger link. Instead of resigning long time ago and save the nation, he keeps on doing things as though his presence is very much wanted. So is MIC and Samy Vellu.

UMNO has done a better job in tackling the leadership crisis. But again only at the top level. A dismay scenario when comes to branch and divisional level. When comes to general election, it is the grassroot support and the people that makes the difference in parliament.

Given the crisis the BN components parties are facing today, question is, do they have enough time to solve the problems before the next general election?

Perginya Edward Kennedy..

Nama besar di USA dan tiada negara di dunia ini tidak mengenali beliau yang terkenal kerana kelantangan bersuara demi "fairness and opportunity, and world peace". Dalam erti lain Edward Kennedy memperjuangkan `keadilan, peluang, dan keamanan sejagat'. Itu lah Senator Edward Kennedy yang telah menjadi Senator sekian lama sejak tahun 1962 lagi. He died yesterday at the age of 77 because of brain cancer. Beliau meninggal dalam usia 77 tahun kerana mengidap barah otak. Beliau merupakan adik kepada President John F Kennedy dan Robert Kennedy. Kedua dua abangnya menemui ajal ditembak mati. JFK ditembak di Dallas pada tahun 1963 semasa membuat lawatan kesana dan Robert Kennedy di tembak di sebuah hotel semasa berkempen bagi pencalonan jawatan Presiden beberapa tahun tidak lama selepas itu. Lantas Senator Edward Kennedy telah membatalkan hasratnya beberapa kali untuk bertanding sebagai presiden Amerika Syarikat kerana takut peristiwa yang menimpa kedua dua abangnya akan menimpanya pula. Keluarga Kennedy merupakan keluarga yang ternama dan kaya raya di Massachusettes hasil dari perusahaan minyak bapa mereka Joseph Kennedy. Kekayaan inilah yang membawa mereka ke puncak kedudukan yang dihurmati dan jawatan yang tertinggi di Amerika Syarikat. Dalam kempen pemilihan presiden Amerika baru baru ini, Senator Edward Kennedy adalah merupakan penyokong kuat pencalonan Presiden Obama sebagai Presiden kulit hitam pertama Amerika Syarikat. Obama sangat sangat berterima kasih kepada Edward Kennedy kerana sokongan itu.

Semasa saya sekeluarga membuat lawatan ke Washington D.C. pada tahun 1984, kami telah dibawa ke National Arlington Cemetery, di mana terdapat kuburnya J.F. Kennedy yang mana tertulis diatasnya `Don't ask what the government can do for you, but ask what you can do for the government'. Telah diputusakan kubur Edward Kennedy akan bersebelahan dengan kubur abangnya J.F. Kennedy.

P.S. National Arlington Cemetery telah dijadikan produk pelancongan dan tahun ini didapati pengunjung ke sana telah berkurangan.

Heart and soul..

The focus and the emphasis are personal in nature. Heart and soul are very much a personal topic in the sense you are angry when you are being denied in possessing something. As a result hell broke loose and it does not matter whom and when. It can be the rich blaming the poor, and it can be the poor blaming the rich. It can be the loser blaming the winner. It can be anybody at all so long you have some kind of grudge against someone or somebody for whatever reasons personal or non-personal. Or the blame is against any organization that seems not in favour of what you have been asking.. Speak thy heart and the soul speaks itself. Haha. It is okay if both speaks the tender words of love but in other situation, physical speaks the loudest.

The Theory of Gravity..

Have you notice that life is very `gravitated' on to so something and on to somebody? A peculiar feeling indeed when realising that life is simply a gravitated journey. Know what I mean? We are born simply a gravitated living things. We don't move but we are simply being moved by our own sheer weight of events and experiences. Soon we find our self stuck with a scenario of life that is not of our choice. (?) And thus found me being what and where I am in terms of almost everything. Why the pull?
