what it actually meant when seen from afar....why it has to be dismissed..

It is just nothing. It is just the same. Nobody wants anybody to have a good life. They sympathize. But they are merely reacting but far from being proactive. Beware of reactionary actions of persons that you might know or might not know. The reacting could just an act of culture's wish of any social human interaction.
